Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree in either Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Technical or Building Automation focused degree
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with significant leadership responsibility on large-scale projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales within the commercial building and HVAC controls industry (preferred)
  • Established network of industry contacts and relationships (preferred)
  • Skilled in value engineering control system designs and proposing cost-effective alternatives (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Effective communicator across all levels of an organization.
