Key responsibilities & impact

Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems
Work with the team to ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms
Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers
Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track
Seek out system complexity and take on more responsibility as you advance

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Hold a valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier
Lift items up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as squat and climb for extended periods
Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment
Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field (preferred)
Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless)
Experience in building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls (preferred)
Ability to explain technical info to non-technical people and work well within a team (preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (preferred)
