About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide on-site technical support in response to installers' and end customers' technical requests
- Perform services included in the manufacturer's service contract offering
- Carry out scheduled maintenance visits according to a predefined plan
- Perform standard system commissioning
- Conduct first-line diagnostics and carry out simple repairs
- Verify installation compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities for maintenance processes
- Communicate product-related information to users about Viessmann products
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical knowledge in heating / refrigeration / electrical / photovoltaics (equivalent to a 2–3 year post-secondary qualification)
- Experience in the installation or maintenance of heating systems / heat pumps
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the company professionally during customer interventions
- Good listening skills and ability to learn
- Strong resilience and ability to take a step back when needed
- Ability to formulate and adapt responses for interlocutors with varying technical levels
- Report writing skills
- Certificate of competency for handling refrigerant fluids (e.g., F‑Gas certification).
