About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
Service-oriented advising of our customers and heating contractors by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within the extended area of your assignment
Participation in the on-call rota with the aim of helping our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g., system mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally further qualified as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician
Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation
Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
Valid driving licence, class B
Good written and spoken German
