About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and provide analysis for accounting processes such as financial reporting
Manage Dealer Income Extension program and associated journal entries
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure proper accounting
Prepare monthly accounting journal entries and account reconciliations
Work with BU Controllers to establish and maintain internal controls environment
Support internal and external audits
Maintain accounting standard work documentation
Support ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
CPA/CMA/MBA preferred
Advanced knowledge of accounting disciplines within work area
Knowledge of internal controls and US GAAP accounting standards
Demonstrated experience working in SAP
Advanced MS Excel and Access skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
Strong oral and written communication skill and proven presentation skills.
