About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for defining, operating, and continuously evolving the enterprise-wide delivery governance model for Digital initiatives.
Serve as the Global SOX Coordination Lead for Digital and Technology delivery.
Ensure that digital programs are delivered predictably, efficiently, and in alignment with business strategy.
Act as a strategic bridge between strategy, execution, and assurance.
Provide enterprise-level visibility and confidence to senior leadership by embedding strong governance, audit readiness, and risk management into day-to-day delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree.
8+ years of experience in digital, technology, or transformation delivery.
6+ years in portfolio, program, or PMO governance within digital environments.
3+ years working with agile delivery at scale.
3+ years of experience working with SOX execution and coordination.
Travel – upto 25% of the time for this role.
