About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Completing warranty and chargeable repairs/breakdowns on Combined Heat and Power units
- Coordinate problem resolution with TD, customer service and other personnel to expedite repairs
- Maintain records of performance reports
- Supporting the Sales Team in the development of sales in the UK
- Delivering best in class Customer Service on-site in commercial premises
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified gas engineer
- ACS: CGFE1 (Commercial Gas Fuelled Engines / CHP)
- Able to demonstrate technical expertise gained through industry experience
- Have a high attention to detail
- Have a confident and adaptable work style
- Full UK driving licence
