About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide telephone and in-person consultation to our customers (trade professionals) on system design and product selection
- Support customers with project implementation
- Participate in and carry out sales promotion activities
- Support the field sales team
- Train installers (customers)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical vocational training (e.g., HVAC plant mechanic, heating/ventilation installer, electrical technician, master electrician/heating technician) or alternatively commercial training such as in HVAC wholesale/retail
- Knowledge of heating and control technology, heat pump systems and photovoltaics
- Commercial and business administration knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft applications is an advantage
- Fluent German language skills
