About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
- Provide service-oriented advice to our customers and heating contractors by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support your colleagues in the technical field service across the wider area of your deployment region
- Take on on-call duty to help our customers as quickly as possible
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g., HVAC/plumbing & heating systems installer (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrical installer; ideally further qualifications as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician
- Professional experience in customer/field service, e.g., in heating, refrigeration, or HVAC/ventilation technology
- Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration certificate; Category 2 refrigeration certificate is an advantage
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Good written and spoken German
