About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Revenue, margins, productivity and utilization
Technical and disciplinary leadership of the region's service technicians, planners and coordinators, and their development
Definition, organization and monitoring of required resources (personnel and materials) to ensure timely completion of orders/requests
Order intake, order processing, execution of jobs and billing
Ensuring customer satisfaction and continuously improving customer retention
Implementation and optimization of our processes
Monitoring and adherence to quality standards
Implementation and compliance with the company's EH&S (Environment, Health & Safety) and ethics policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training/apprenticeship, with a Meister (master craftsman) or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of business administration, ideally with a degree
Operational experience in service or project-based business
Strong service mindset and team orientation
Strong communication skills and regular interaction with the team
Persuasive and assertive
Structured, flexible and solution-oriented working style
Strong organizational skills
Good MS Office skills; English language skills are an advantage
