Outside Sales Specialist
CarrierOutside Sales Specialist driving revenue growth by promoting Carrier HVAC products and building relationships with clients. Utilizing technical expertise to meet customer needs in the HVAC market across Bulgaria.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth by promoting and selling Carrier HVAC products and solutions to residential, commercial and industrial customers across the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with contractors, installers, project developers and end clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business
- Represent the Carrier brand professionally in the market, providing technical expertise and consultative selling to position Carrier as the preferred HVAC partner
- Identify, develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, site visits and networking
- Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals to customers, addressing their specific HVAC needs and budget requirements
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets as defined by management
- Collaborate with the technical and after-sales teams to ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction post-sale
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, reporting insights to management to support strategic decisions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system
- Participate in trade shows, product trainings, customer events and Carrier product launch activities
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, availability and delivery timelines in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical preferred), Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, building systems or related industry
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems — chillers, fan coils, VRF, air handling units and controls
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in Bulgarian
- Advanced in English.
