About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You drive the vision and strategy for our HEMS and play a central role in shaping its future features
You are responsible for the product roadmap and steer the ongoing development of our HEMS features
You create user requirements and ensure a clear, user-centered product definition
You work closely with UX/UI, development, marketing and sales
You analyze market trends and customer needs and derive improvements and new product ideas
You develop concepts for monetization and the economic scaling of the HEMS

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
Several years of experience in Home Energy Management and product management
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Asana or Polarion
Analytical and strategic mindset, with experience collaborating with UX/UI and technical development teams
Knowledge of energy markets and regulatory frameworks
Collaborative, inclusive and self-motivated team player
Excellent German language skills (minimum C1) and good English language skills (minimum B2)
