About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the bridge between Technology and business, possessing significant knowledge in both areas.
Understand the business, identify needs, and envision business solutions.
Assist in prioritizing projects to ensure alignment with technology that provides maximum return on investment.
Direct digital technology strategy in support of overall business strategy.
Partner with key business stakeholders to define and execute a digital strategy that enables P&L objectives.
Align Digital Technology initiatives with business processes.
Manage financial planning and budgeting for Digital Technology projects.
Facilitate executive engagement sessions, bringing a thoughtful intersection between technology and business capabilities.
Provide broad subject matter expertise in aftermarket business processes and a good understanding of the use of information technology in a strategic roadmap.
Demonstrate good project management skills and the ability to express complex problems in a non-technical and simplified manner while effectively translating business needs to the technology teams.
Exhibit numerate and logical approach to work, attention to detail, and excellent analytic skills.
Be well-organized and able to work on own initiative, prioritize effectively.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in IT, Digital Technology and/or technology-enabled business leadership
5+ years of experience acting as a strategic partner to C-suite executives, navigating matrixed environments to align cross-functional goals with core business objectives.
Master's Degree (Preferred)
Proven understanding of the Parts Distribution Model.
Proven experience in digital technology management, preferably within the parts or manufacturing industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with CRM systems, ERP systems, and other digital business solutions is a plus.
