Key responsibilities & impact

Overall responsibility for planning, directing, and monitoring all engineering aspects of water/wastewater projects from the concept stage through detailed design, construction, and commissioning in a collaborative Design/Build process.
Responsible for managing and maintaining the design schedule, design budget, project scope of work, and the engineering deliverables.
Track design deliverables/submissions, customer comments and approvals.
Lead design review meetings and charrettes both internal and with the customer.
Lead engineering activities during project development including: site investigations, data collection, preparation of conceptual design documents.
Support project pricing effort in partnership with the NORESCO construction department.
Support project team during construction, commissioning, and performance phases to resolve design issues.
Identify key customer interests, needs, and drivers.
Mentor water/wastewater engineers that are earlier in their career development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
10+ years engineering and/or engineering management experience
3+ years of experience with Municipal Water/Wastewater facility engineering projects
Professional Engineer’s registration (or on a path to obtain one)
