About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Carry out commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
Provide service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies by phone and on site to ensure customer satisfaction
Support your colleagues in technical field service across the extended area of your deployment
Assume on-call duty with the aim of assisting our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g. plant mechanic for sanitary/heating/air-conditioning (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electrician for energy and building services, or electrical installer; ideally further training as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician
Professional experience in field service, e.g. in heating, refrigeration or HVAC/ventilation technology
Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
Valid Class B driving licence
Good written and spoken German
