Service Technician – Field Service, Commercial
CarrierService Technician supporting customers with energy-efficient and reliable operation of systems across Austria. Contributing to environmental protection using modern heating and cooling technologies.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Service-oriented consultation with our customers in the Commercial sector
- Maintenance and servicing of large heat pumps and refrigeration systems to ensure long-term operational reliability
- Service documentation using the IT system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical basic training (apprenticeship, HTL, technical school or equivalent) as an installer, building services technician or heating technician (e.g., plumbing/heating system mechanic (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer)
- Professional experience in field service, e.g., in heating, refrigeration or HVAC
- Ability to work independently, team player and reliable
- Valid driving licence class B and willingness to travel within Austria
- Good written and spoken German
- IT/computer skills
