About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the execution of global category strategies by delivering spend analysis, market intelligence, dashboards, and executive-level insights
  • Support global and regional negotiations through cost models, benchmarks, and structured negotiation preparation, track contract renewals and compliance
  • Identify, size, and track cost-reduction and productivity opportunities; support AOP commitments and savings validation with finance
  • Manage category council governance, including meeting cadence, materials, action tracking, and supplier/QBR review preparation
  • Partner with regional sourcing and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of global category strategies across regions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 10 years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, supply chain analytics, or related roles
  • Experience supporting global or regional sourcing teams in a matrix organization
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
