About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage operations programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Work closely with various teams in the IPMT and CIPT, including Sales, procurement, production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices in operations and supply chain management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and logistics
  • MBA (Preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Supply chain or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
