Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage operations programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Work closely with various teams in the IPMT and CIPT, including Sales, procurement, production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products.
Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
Mentor and train team members on best practices in operations and supply chain management.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and logistics
MBA (Preferred)
Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
Supply chain or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
