About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide transaction support for hiring, terminations, job changes, tuition reimbursement, and benefits administration
- Address requests through the ServiceNow case management system
- Handle hire, change, termination, and other mass transactions in Workday
- Update and manage records in Workday, deliver HR reports, and maintain personnel files
- Assist customers with extended reports from the system of record
- Conduct regular audits to ensure system data quality
- Work closely with the payroll, Talent and HR technology team
- Build and develop processes in the HR knowledge base to enhance efficiency and quality
- Participate in projects to improve employee experience and efficiency
- Provide input for Workday and ServiceNow enhancements to improve employee experience
- Guide and mentor peers in processing HR transactions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in the Human Resources field or previous HR operations experience preferred
- Bilingual/native proficiency in English and German
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with Workday is a significant advantage
- Passionate attention to detail while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handling multiple tasks, reacting quickly to problems and issues with clear understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
