About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide transaction support for hiring, terminations, job changes, tuition reimbursement, and benefits administration
  • Address requests through the ServiceNow case management system
  • Handle hire, change, termination, and other mass transactions in Workday
  • Update and manage records in Workday, deliver HR reports, and maintain personnel files
  • Assist customers with extended reports from the system of record
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure system data quality
  • Work closely with the payroll, Talent and HR technology team
  • Build and develop processes in the HR knowledge base to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Participate in projects to improve employee experience and efficiency
  • Provide input for Workday and ServiceNow enhancements to improve employee experience
  • Guide and mentor peers in processing HR transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in the Human Resources field or previous HR operations experience preferred
  • Bilingual/native proficiency in English and German
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with Workday is a significant advantage
  • Passionate attention to detail while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure team environment, handling multiple tasks, reacting quickly to problems and issues with clear understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
