About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
- Providing service-oriented advice to customers from heating companies, both by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting your colleagues in the technical field service within the wider area of your service region
- Participating in on-call duty to assist our customers as quickly as possible
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in a relevant field, e.g., SHK systems mechanic (sanitary, heating and air-conditioning), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building services, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally further training as a master craftsman or technician
- Professional experience in field service/customer service, e.g., in heating, refrigeration, or air-conditioning and ventilation technology
- Possession of F-gas certification (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 certification is an advantage
- Valid driving license class B
- Good German language skills, written and spoken
