About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
Provide service-oriented advice to our customers from heating companies, both by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction
Support your colleagues in the field service across an extended radius within your deployment area
Participate in on-call duty with the aim of assisting our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as heating/plumbing and HVAC installer (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electrician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, and ideally further training as a master craftsman or technician
Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC and ventilation technology
In possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
Valid driver's license class B
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
