About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the preparation of Business Plan (BP) and Forecast (FC) processes for P&L and Operating Capital, including month-end closing, analysis, and validation of actuals for both P&L and Balance Sheet.
Deliver value-added analysis to support the planning process and provide Senior Management with actionable insights for decision-making.
Co-own all Iberia reporting requirements, including variance analysis and causal explanations.
Manage communication with the International Office and supply points (local/EU) regarding all matters affecting P&L/BS, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Prepare Forecast Estimates, providing Senior Management with a clear view of: Profitability trends across the year, Return on Investment analysis, Target achievement.
Establish routine communication with key stakeholders to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities throughout the year.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years in Finance, with prior experience as a Financial Analyst (preferably in Controlling, FP&A, or Project Management)
Bilingual Spanish/English
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration
Audit and Tax experience is valuable
Leadership experience is a plus
