Sourcing Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyzing and validating supplier cost structures to ensure competitive pricing
- Supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfer of Work (TOW) activities
- Negotiating with contract manufacturers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms
- Executing sourcing strategies aligned with business and supply chain objectives
- Evaluating supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and reliability
- Managing sourcing activities to support manufacturing continuity
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve supply and cost-related issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or commodity management
- Experience working with suppliers or contract manufacturers
- Strong experience in cost analysis and price validation
- Advanced English (professional communication and negotiation)
