About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage customer temperature monitoring programs from implementation through to ongoing delivery
- Analyse data and translate insights into clear, actionable reports and visualisations
- Engage with customers to understand their cold chain processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Deliver high-quality presentations and reporting to stakeholders at all levels
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless program execution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer outcomes and program effectiveness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Highly organised with strong project management capability
- Experience within food, logistics, supply chain, or related industries (desirable)
