Key responsibilities & impact
  • Expand our business activities in the Hanover region.
  • Manage, retain and grow our customer base.
  • Ensure highest customer satisfaction through proactive support.
  • Sell repairs and Controls projects, including preparing complete proposals.
  • Develop technical solutions and presentations, and deliver presentations to clients/end customers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Successfully completed technical training or degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional experience in service is an advantage, ideally in service sales.
  • Sales-oriented mindset and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • High degree of personal responsibility, flexibility and resilience.
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com / SAP is an advantage.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • English skills are an advantage.
