About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
- Service-oriented consultation with customers of heating companies, by phone and on-site, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Supporting your colleagues in field service across an extended area of your deployment region
- Taking on on-call duties with the goal of assisting our customers as quickly as possible
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed relevant vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration technology, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer, and ideally further training as a master craftsman (Meister) or technician
- Professional experience in field service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or HVAC and ventilation systems
- Possession of a refrigerant handling certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is an advantage
- Valid driver's license Class B
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
