Senior Manager, International Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive revenue growth through direct customer visits, negotiations, and relationship management
- Manage key international accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Lead sales forecasting, annual budget planning, and regional sales strategies
- Oversee pricing strategy, TP and project quotations, and new product pricing
- Coordinate cross‑functionally to support production alignment and order fulfillment
- Lead customer factory visits, business reviews, and commercial discussions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in international / regional sales (HVAC preferred)
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer‑management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
- Willing to travel frequently.
