About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, set up, and lead transformational projects across direct and indirect functions globally
- Assess performance gaps, design improvement concepts, and implement end-to-end improvement initiatives with direct P&L impact
- Manage cross-functional, global project teams and report progress to relevant leadership levels
- Apply, develop, and scale Carrier Excellence global standards
- Train, coach, and enable employees to apply Carrier Excellence methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience in a top-tier consulting firm or leading industrial company
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution focus and cost awareness
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Very good English skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
- Solid project management skills
