About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process
- Establish strong Master Data and BOM governance
- Ensure accurate, reliable, and standardized spare parts data across systems (SAP and related tools)
- Drive change across functions and embed sustainable processes
- Define and implement phase-in and phase-out processes
- Ensure spare parts are defined upfront for new product launches
- Manage obsolescence and replacement strategies (supersession logic)
- Clean and harmonize a large SKU database (100k+ references)
- Align processes with SAP (Material Master, BOM, pricing)
- Lead cross-functional alignment (Sales, Supply Chain, Digital, Quality)
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–12+ years of experience in: Master Data / ERP governance
- Supply Chain / Aftermarket operations
- Strong expertise in SAP (Material Master, BOM, pricing structures)
- Experience in industrial or spare parts environments is a strong plus
- Proven ability to: Design and implement processes
- Drive change in complex organizations
- Work cross-functionally
- Fluent in English
