About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of the existing customer base
  • Development of technical solutions and presentations for our customers
  • Advising planning firms and plant engineers regarding heating systems as well as climate and refrigeration technology
  • Preparing complete proposals (planning/dimensioning/specifications/pricing)
  • Conducting contract negotiations with customers
  • Market monitoring and expansion of the sales territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree or completed vocational training as a technician or master craftsman
  • Ideally 1–3 years of professional experience in sales of heat pumps / climate and refrigeration systems
  • An existing network of customers, planners and architects in the region is an advantage
  • Friendly, professional and customer-oriented demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Sales-oriented mindset and confident negotiation skills
  • High degree of personal responsibility, flexibility and resilience
  • Independent and solution-focused working style
