About the role

  • Provide full ownership of all assigned Building Automation projects
  • Schedule and coordinate execution of project work to meet timelines and budgets
  • Drive project success via compliance with industry standards and specifications
  • Manage projects following project processes and provide direction to assisting Project Engineers where applicable
  • Complete projects per contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with high customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for overall financial performance: project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and monthly project portfolio cost re-estimation
  • Manage delivery of contracted scope, secure change orders for scope expansion
  • Order and coordinate project materials and shared resources; identify resource constraints and assist with corrective action plans
  • Manage relationships with and issues to sub-contractors; identify execution issues and take corrective actions

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of Project Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with Building Automation
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree with prior experience in Construction or HVAC (Preferred)
  • Experience in risk management, project planning, project estimation, and project monitoring (Preferred)
  • MS Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, and OneDrive (Preferred)
  • PMP Certification (Preferred)
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting
  • Demonstrated commitment to the HVAC, BAS and Construction industry
