About the role

  • Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, CRM and other systems) to provide business insights and performance trends
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and analytical reports
  • Monitor and update key KPIs, including on-time and correct delivery performance
  • Conduct analysis on sales performance, pricing strategies, product portfolio and segment trends
  • Prepare clear and impactful presentations for senior management
  • Support the automation and improvement of analytical processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, business analytics or commercial performance
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights
  • Strong experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Fluent English required (additional European language is a plus)
