  • Align with broader Carrier digital platform and data initiatives
  • Establish disciplined roadmap governance across multiple workstreams
  • Oversee backlog prioritization and release sequencing
  • Ensure technical scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Balance speed with operational rigor
  • Define and own domain-level KPIs tied to connected penetration, adoption, service efficiency, and revenue enablement
  • Build and defend business cases for digital investments
  • Partner with Commercial and Finance leaders to deliver measurable ROI
  • Drive connected asset growth across both portfolios
  • Engage deeply in architecture decisions across firmware, IoT connectivity, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations
  • Ensure seamless integration into Carrier’s broader digital ecosystem (Smart Home App, Service Tools, Portals, Analytics Platforms)
  • Champion scalable, reusable platform components
  • Lead, coach, and elevate Product Managers
  • Raise the bar on product discovery, prioritization, and outcome accountability
  • Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and disciplined execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8 + years of product management experience in complex, connected, or technical B2B environments
  • Experience owning strategy and execution across a meaningful product domain
  • Prior experience leading and developing Product Managers
  • Strong technical fluency across IoT systems, hardware-software integration, APIs, and cloud platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Executive presence and comfort operating in a matrixed, engineering-heavy environment
  • Experience in HVAC, building automation, industrial IoT, or advanced equipment systems is highly valued.
