Ensure 100% OTD to data center and critical customers by preventing, mitigating, and rapidly resolving material shortages
Drive delivery assurance across all critical suppliers through daily/weekly follow‑ups, escalations, recovery planning, and supplier engagement
Partner with suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance, including lead-time adherence, OTD, recovery actions, and service levels
Perform risk recovery activities for materials at risk, including expedites, reschedules, and on-site supplier support when needed
Partner with vendors proactively to deliver accurate signals enabling timely material readiness
Support long-term planning by communicating accurate demand signals and aligning capacity with projected ETO and production needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years in Materials Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, Planning, or Delivery Assurance roles
Strong knowledge of supply chain fundamentals, supplier capacity planning, and manufacturing processes
Experience working with ETO environments, complex BOMs, or high-mix/low-volume operations is a strong plus
Excellent communication, supplier engagement, and problem‑solving skills
Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred) and Excel
