About the role

  • Drive the vision and strategy for our HEMS and play a key role in shaping its future features.
  • Own the product roadmap and manage the ongoing development of our HEMS features.
  • Define user requirements and ensure a clear, user-centered product definition.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver successful features to market on schedule.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify improvements and new product ideas.
  • Develop concepts for monetization and the economic scaling of the HEMS.

Requirements

  • Degree in Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of experience in Home Energy Management and product management, and proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Polarion.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, with experience collaborating with UX/UI and technical development teams.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and regulatory frameworks, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
  • Team player who is collegial, inclusive, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
