About the role
- Ensure regular, structured and thorough follow-up of assigned customers and strengthen their loyalty to Viessmann.
- Identify and capitalize on sales potential through rigorous and cost-effective project management.
- Comply with and apply internal guidelines, procedures and instructions.
- Manage a portfolio of high-stakes clients representing a significant share of the company’s revenue in Switzerland.
- Take full responsibility for the revenue of your region.
- Conduct regular visits to assigned clients, in coordination with the Commercial Business Sales Manager, and present products (current range & new releases).
- Monitor projects from the sales offices for which you are responsible.
- Prospect, analyze and track new projects in close coordination with the Sales Advisor.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (HVAC, energy, mechanical, etc.).
- Excellent persuasion skills, results-oriented mindset and strong negotiation abilities.
- Excellent command of French and a very good level of German (mandatory).
- English is an asset.
