About the role

  • Ensure regular, structured and thorough follow-up of assigned customers and strengthen their loyalty to Viessmann.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales potential through rigorous and cost-effective project management.
  • Comply with and apply internal guidelines, procedures and instructions.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-stakes clients representing a significant share of the company’s revenue in Switzerland.
  • Take full responsibility for the revenue of your region.
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned clients, in coordination with the Commercial Business Sales Manager, and present products (current range & new releases).
  • Monitor projects from the sales offices for which you are responsible.
  • Prospect, analyze and track new projects in close coordination with the Sales Advisor.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification (HVAC, energy, mechanical, etc.).
  • Excellent persuasion skills, results-oriented mindset and strong negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent command of French and a very good level of German (mandatory).
  • English is an asset.
