About the role
- Provide program leadership for critical digital transformation efforts for CST Americas
- Work closely with key stakeholders and the IT team to develop transformative technology and process solutions
- Accountable for managing digital transformation portfolio of projects’ scope, timeline and delivery
- Understand customer needs and iterate on concepts and solutions
- Develop the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plans for the lifecycle of digital initiatives
- Implement improved digital initiatives and drive process improvement
- Report on development progress, risks, and issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience as a software product manager, product owner, and/or business analyst
- 2+ years of proven, hands-on experience in operations
- Experience developing and/or delivering technical solutions across data, analytics, and technology
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment
