About the role

  • Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and system operators
  • Providing service-oriented technical advice to our heating contractor customers by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Supporting colleagues in the technical field service within an extended radius of your service area
  • Taking on on-call duty to assist our customers as quickly as possible

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as HVAC/plumbing and heating technician (Anlagenmechaniker SHK), refrigeration mechatronics technician, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer; ideally with further qualifications as a master craftsman or technician
  • Professional experience in customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC
  • Possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1; Category 2 is advantageous
  • Valid driving licence (Class B)
  • Good German language skills, spoken and written
