About the role
- Provide factory account management and sales support
- Develop and grow the company’s product sales throughout Canada
- Anticipate the needs of customers
- Actively support and share insights to help partners develop and grow
- Identify and recruit new representation for Automated Logic as required
- Develop and maintain a sales growth strategy
- Develop and maintain a strategic sales pipeline
- Identify and growth field office capacity
- Develop annual field office sales quotas/targets
- Maintain forecasts and account development plans
- Support digital systems and product development initiatives
- Demonstrate excellent presentation skills
- Work effectively with various administrative, sales, and account management responsibilities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 10+ years of experience in intelligent buildings systems industry
- CEM and/or LEED AP accreditation a plus
- Experience estimating, designing and/or selling controls systems
- Experience with Automated Logic WebCTRL system
- Proactive problem solver and leader
- Excellent analytical, and computer technical skills
- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others across functional teams
- Up-to-date on new technologies and applies new knowledge and techniques to the job
- Capable of working independently and comfortable making decisions
- Flexibility with regard to job duties
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver consistently.
- Use and familiarity with MS Office – Excel (power user), PowerPoint (power user), Word, Visio and Salesforce.com.
