- Work with a diverse team of heat transfer experts
- Support technology and product development programs that will enable career growth
- Solve engineering problems critical to the reduction in energy use and carbon emissions
- Support technology and product development programs and deliver on-time solutions to customers
- Develop, validate, and deploy new heat exchanger technologies for Carrier’s current and growing range of products
- Identify and pursue innovation opportunities that improve efficiency, cost, reliability, and competitiveness of Carrier products
- Apply state-of-art design and simulation tools to optimize heat exchanger performance
- Work with cross functional product development teams to ensure successful insertion of new designs into Carrier products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of science/art with 4+ years engineering experience
- OR Master’s degree of science/art with 2+ years engineering experience
- OR PhD degree
- Experience with Heat Exchange Design
- Experience with Heat Exchanger Fundamentals
- Experience with Heat Pumps
- Experience with Two Phase Flow
- Experience with Thermo-Dynamic Systems
- Experience with Vapor Compression systems
