About the role
- Own end-to-end delivery of a defined program or major initiative, including scope, timing, cost, quality, and risks
- Define program objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business and portfolio priorities
- Build and maintain robust program plans, integrated schedules, and resource forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and other functions
- Own responsibility for the program budget, including planning, tracking, and cost control
- Identify, assess, and actively manage program risks, issues, and interdependencies
- Ensure application of CCR program management processes, governance, gates, and review structures
- Prepare and present clear program status updates, including progress, risks, and financials
- Coordinate multiple workstreams where applicable to ensure alignment and execution
- Lead program closure activities, including lessons learned and handover to sustaining teams
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Proven experience managing complex programs or large-scale cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- PMP Certification is a plus
