About the role
- Coordinate and supervise the operations of the Service Area, ensuring proper execution of maintenance, repairs and technical interventions.
- Lead and support field technician teams, promoting professional development, continuous training and adherence to technical procedures.
- Work directly with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring the quality of work performed and compliance with established agreements.
- Participate in defining, implementing and improving technical and operational standards.
- Ensure efficient resource planning, intervention scheduling and service prioritization.
- Provide advanced technical support for complex interventions and resolution of critical issues.
- Ensure compliance with current legislation regarding safety, environmental protection and the handling of refrigerants.
- Actively participate in the local network of senior technicians, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Collaborate with other company departments to ensure services are aligned with CCR’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor service, quality and operational efficiency indicators.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance and repair of industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Proven experience with CO₂ installations.
- Mandatory certification for handling fluorinated gases.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and electromechanics.
- High level of autonomy in problem-solving.
- Leadership, communication and teamwork skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
