About the role
- Manage and monitor IT budgets, forecasts, and cost allocations
- Track IT spend and ensure compliance with corporate financial rules
- Provide monthly reporting, variance analysis, and cost insights
- Prepare business cases and investment evaluations for IT projects
- Support audits and ensure adherence to internal financial controls
- Support improvement of IT governance and financial processes
- Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Contribute to automation and digitalization efforts to improve efficiency
- Align financial steering with process improvements
- Act as a trusted advisor to IT management on costs, risks, and governance
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or similar
- Strong experience in Controlling / Financial Management
- Excellent skills in budgeting, planning, forecasting, and analysis
- Understanding of IT structures and processes (or willingness to learn)
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven experience in IT controlling, financial management, or IT process design
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and IT service management platforms
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 20000 frameworks
- Fluency in English
