About the role
- Manage and execute all activities and processes related to the contractual exchange of products and services with our customer organizations
- Develop, oversee, and administer sales forecasting, financial modeling, sales processes, and sales goals
- Use your knowledge of our products, services, support, and technology to help shape and optimize how we achieve our sales targets
- Tackle difficult and complex problems, using your judgment to find effective, practical solutions
- Work autonomously with limited supervision, taking ownership of your area and driving outcomes
- Influence colleagues in your work area by clearly explaining facts, policies, and best practices
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex topics
- Someone who is comfortable working independently, yet able to collaborate and influence others effectively
- Fluent level of English and Croatian language
