About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and build relationships with high-value referral partners (attorneys, agents, inspectors, contractors, etc.)
- Develop strategic partnerships that generate consistent deal flow
- Stay visible in the community and top-of-mind with key players
- Track and manage outreach and relationships in CRM
- Collaborate with acquisitions team to convert opportunities into deals
- Bring new ideas to expand reach and market presence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong relationship builder - this is NOT a transactional sales role
- Organized and disciplined with CRM usage
- Creative thinker who can generate new opportunities
- Ability to communicate value across a wide range of audiences
- Background in business development, partnerships, and/or sales
- Real estate exposure is helpful but not required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
