Requirements
- Completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Practical experience in customer service and/or bank account administration
- Understanding of typical banking processes for account and securities custody management
- Interest in financial market products and knowledge of securities
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented thinking and actions, with a strong customer focus
- Quick comprehension, service orientation, and reliability
- Good MS Office skills and proficient use of banking IT systems
- Confident command of the German language and a professional demeanour
