About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as primary support to the CEO in developing the supply side & demand side of our marketplace.
Strategize with the CEO on our market approach and customer engagement and execute go-to-market efforts.
Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term strategic vision, collaborating closely with the C-level to identify new growth and innovation opportunities across all business aspects.
Assist with operational tasks and provide flexible support across the company, tackling a variety of tasks and urgent projects as needed, adapting quickly to evolving priorities.
Prepare for upcoming fundraising rounds and maintain investor relations.
Assist in maintaining relationships with key partners at the C-level.
Gather customer feedback on our products and perform product demonstrations.
Work on expanding Carovo in the areas of Business Development and Product.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed or currently enrolled in business administration, management or a comparable course of study.
Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
You would like to gain insights into the various areas of a young company and perhaps prepare yourself for founding your own company.
Interest in sales, or a willingness to master it.
Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Analytical mindset, well organized and you love automation as much as we do.
Strong communication & prioritization skills.
