About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Systematic outbound cold calling of RV (motorhome) dealers across Germany
- Consistent follow-up on leads until a successful close
- Brief product demonstrations of our software via video call
- Build and maintain your own sales pipeline in the CRM
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent German, both written and spoken (C1/C2 — native-level required)
- Comfortable on the phone: you enjoy calling and are articulate
- High self-motivation, resilience and persistence (you’re not discouraged by a “no”)
- Results-oriented mindset: you want to earn money and are not looking for an easy, low-effort role
- Structured working style and reliability in follow-ups
