About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365 environments
Administer identity and access systems (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta)
Support VPN and secure remote access solutions
Maintain Active Directory, Windows servers and hybrid identity environments
Provision and manage virtual machines and server virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere)
Support core networking functions (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN)
Participate in cybersecurity activities, including endpoint protection
Support AWS environments and perform system monitoring and follow-up
Manage service requests, tasks and small initiatives using tools such as Asana or Jira
Develop and maintain system, configuration and process documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Technology, Management or another related discipline
Three (3) years or more of experience in IT support, systems administration or IT operations
Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
Experience in identity and access management (Entra ID and/or Okta)
Experience with Active Directory or other hybrid identity environments
Experience managing virtual machines (provisioning, patching, lifecycle management)
Experience supporting VPN and remote access technologies
Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLAN)
Understanding of core cybersecurity principles
Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or other equivalent tools)
Experience working in hybrid environments (on-premises + cloud)
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
Experience with task and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
