About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and produce high-quality, branded marketing and communications materials, including presentations, social media graphics, brochures, reports, email assets, infographics, and event materials
- Create visually engaging content for internal and external audiences while ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Maintain and evolve templates, brand resources, and design systems to ensure visual consistency and efficiency
- Review and edit materials for visual accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and overall quality
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and communications campaigns across multiple channels
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Support event marketing initiatives, including signage, collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets
- Support the team with digital marketing assets for email, web, and social platforms
- Collaborate with internal team to understand communication goals and deliver effective creative solutions
- Build, maintain, and optimize automated marketing workflows to improve efficiency and consistency
- Maintain clean, accurate, and well-structured CRM and marketing data to support reporting and automation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within established timelines
- Coordinate with and manage external vendors for specialized or large-scale projects, as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of work experience in design, marketing, or creative communications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (eg: Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere)
- Experience using tools such as Asana, Microsoft 365, WordPress, MailChimp
- Demonstrated experience, through a portfolio, of creating content for digital platforms
- Experience working in a not-for-profit organization
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
